Warm Start

KSP starts in less than half the time: what the game works out afresh at every start is kept from the last one.

• Measured: to the main menu in 21 s instead of 55 on a Mac, 18 s instead of 47 on Windows 11.
• Drag cubes kept after mods are added or updated: 15 s of part compiling down to 3 s.
• Faster look-ups and part icons for installs with thousands of parts (with Harmony, not needed): an install of 4,755 parts at the main menu in 53 s, where 0.4.0 took 75.
• Beside KSP Community Fixes, the drag cubes kept (the one thing of Warm Start's it does not do).

For KSP 1.12.x. Needs Keystone. About a gigabyte of disk.

Works on: Mac: measured. Windows 11: measured up to 0.4.0. Linux: not run.
